Originally a joint venture between Curcus and Wynn (TI/Mirage) before Mandaley Bay was built. Since MGM has bought Wynn, and Harrahs bought MGM. So if things are the same it's a joint Mandalay/Harrahs venture oddly.
I looked online and it said MGM is the official owner. I know for sure Circus was ahalf original owner.
